Hailar Climate

Hailar, located in the boundary of the northeast China and lies in the connection between western of Daxing'anling Ranges and high plain of Hulunbuir, is a city with the average elevation about 650 meters. The city enjoys a temperate continental monsoon climate with the four distinct seasons here. The annual temperature in Hailar is around 16 degrees celsius and the annual rainfall is around 550 mm. From November to February next year, it is the winter period of Hailar and the city will full of snow and the temperature will drop to -30 degrees celsius.
