Shanghai is thought by many to be China's most prosperous city and it enjoys a commanding position in the middle of China's eastern coastline and at the mouth of the Yangtze River.

Our dedicated local guide will collect you at your hotel in the morning to begin your full day tour. First, you shall visit the Bund, Nanjing Road, the Temple of City Patron and Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower (you should pay your own expense if you want to go up the tower), the tower is located in the centre of the Lujiazui area, with its old European style buildings, and it soars above the city at a mighty 470 meters above the ground. It is the tallest TV tower in China, and only 2 others are taller in the world. Then, you will visit the Children's Palace and will enjoy an hour long cruise on Huangpu River before transferring to your hotel.
