Trip Highlights - Tour Itinerary: (B-Breakfast, L-Lunch, D-Dinner)

Day 01: Beijing / Chengde (L/D)
You will be picked up from your hotel and go to Chengde in the morning. Upon your arrival, you will be met by a local tour guide and have a lunch. Then, you will visit the Summer Resort, built in 1703 to 1792, that served as the second political center of the Qing Imperial Court. After a few hours of sightseeing, you will be brought back to your hotel in Chengde.
Hotel: Yunshan Hotel 4 star (or similar class)

Day 02: Chengde / Beijing (B/L)
You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning. And then, you will visit the Temple of Universal Peace, built in 1755 to commemorate the Qing Dynasty victory over the Mongolians. Inside there is a huge statue of Avalokiteshvara. After spending some time at the temple, you will next visit another temple, the Temple of Potaraka Doctrine, built in 1767, which is a smaller replica of the Potala Monastery in Lhasa. Then, you will go back to Beijing. Upon your arrival, your guide will pick you up and send you to your hotel. (Service End)
