    Now Itourbeijing accepts four methods of payment, ITB will send a detailed payment guide to your email address upon receiving your travel plan request.
    1) Credit Card (authorization letter by fax)
    Itourbeijing accepts credit card payment with authorization letter by fax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Card, etc. Fill your VALID credit card information in the credit card authorization form, and then fax it to us.
    2) Wire Transfer (Regular Bank Transfer, TT transfer)
    It's also very easy to pay us by wire transfer. Paying us by wire transfer is easy and quick. Your money can be wired to our bank (Beijing branch of Bank of China) account from any bank. When you use this way, we can get your payment immediately.
    3) Paypal (with or without a Paypal account)
    Itourbeijing now take Paypal as the most welcome payment method. Whatever if you have or have not a Paypal account, you may pay us securely with Paypal. Paypal is free, fast, easy, secure and global. It's definitely your worry-free payment method with Itourbeijing.
    4) Western Union Transfer
    If there is Western Union Service in the area where you live, you can choose to send us deposit through Western Union. After you send us the money, please tell us the full name of the remitter, sum of money, details of your address, and also the Money Transfer Control Number provided by Western Union. Western Union is also fast, we can get your money in a couple of minutes after you send the money.
  • Cancellation and Refunds
    If any reason forces you to cancel your travel plans, ITB asks that you submit a formal written request stating your cancellation. The refund of your trip will be calculated according to the date that ITB receives your formal written request of your cancellation. For any travel services that are not provided to the passenger, all payments will be returned in accordance with ITB's cancellation policy. Within two weeks of us receiving your formal written request of your cancellation, an entire refund will be given less any necessary cancellation fees. The cancellation fees are calculated in the following manor:
    30 days or more from the date of departure: $50 per person
    30 to 15 days from the date of departure: $120 per person
    14 to 7 days from the date of departure: 40% of the entire payment per person
    Within one week from the date of departure: 100% of the entire payment per person
  • If the party wishes to substitute a traveler for another traveler, this will be treated as a cancellation and the previous fees are subject to apply. Once the trip has started, ITB is no longer able to provide any refunds to the party for any reason.
     
    Paypal is the easiest method for ITB to use to refund your travel fees and if you need to be refunded, provide ITB with your Paypal email and we will set up the process to transfer funds to your account. If you do not have a Paypal account, it is very easy for you to register for one. Just go to www.paypal.com.
     
    If you choose to have your credit card refunded, we will need you to provide us with: the type of credit card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard) and the number, the issuing bank and its address, the credit card holder's entire name as shown on the credit card, nationality, birth date and billing address of the card holder.
