1) As soon as ITB China receives your travel booking request, one of the travel consultants at ITB will begin the process of assisting you throughout the entire process of creating a travel plan that will meet all of your conditions and requirements within a 24 hour period.
2) As soon as ITB receives the receipt of your non-refundable deposit (normally 50% of the total amount of your tour), your travel reservation will be secured and our travel consultant will begin to confirm all of the bookings for your trip.
3) ITB recommends that everyone creating a travel itinerary do so within one month prior to the travel date and the full payment of the trip must be made before two weeks prior to your arrival in China.
4) Once your entire trip has been booked and confirmed, ITB will send you a confirmation letter providing you with a detailed itinerary of your trip. If circumstances make it necessary for us to change any of your trip for any reason, ITB reserves the right to make these changes and provide you with options that are similar to the ones in your contract.
